How is the wing mounted?  Is Chevy still doing the double stick thing or is it actually connected to something structural (assuming its functional).

I’d take any ruling on copyrights from the Ninth Circuit with a huge grain of salt.

The guy is awesome and I love that he is using his background to move people forward vs letting it hold him back. I met a lady this week who had her husband walk out recently and both of her boys are at an age where they understood what happened but couldn’t process it. This is exactly the kind of thing they will need

Aren’t Taz Tigers more akin to a designer dog that happened to exist in the wild for a while? While rare, I’m not aware of some long historical presence of the animal.  They kind of popped in, failed the survival of the fittest test, and faded out.

While the Steve Jobs model is clearly BS, I would be shocked if Apple didn’t have some resources working on AR glasses that fit the mold of what the public wants them to be. A pair of glasses with no additional goofiness on them that provide an AR experience.  Is it coming soon?  Who knows.  Are they looking into it?

Why does every single canister of anti-sieze look like it was buried 50 years ago and just pulled out of the ground.  I swear I’ve never seen one that doesn't look like your lead photo.

I’m not sure why but our local CEC has become some kind of cesspool for the worst kind of people. Multiple stabbings, fights every week, police having to roll code constantly. Most parent I know who would at least consider CEC as a way to keep the kids occupied have completely cut it out of the equation.

Husky is pretty good but I’m hit and miss on Cobalt (lowes).  Cobalt is intended to be better but I’ve had basic ratchets fail and its not cheap.

Black and Deckar owns Craftsman.  Lowes sells it now and its all crap.

I’ll have to look. I don’t think I have the 6T ones but a jack stand is a jack stand. Assuming that the mechanical bits are working correctly (there is only two moving parts) and the metal itself doesn’t fail there isn’t much that can go wrong.

Loved the Vectrex as a kid (my dad bought it for himself). The cartridges were bulky and often came with a transparent overlay you could set over the screen to change the colors to match the games. I found myself almost always playing the pre-loaded game that reminded me of some kind of asteroids. Also, we only ever

Gruyere makes an epic grilled cheese and an even better Monte Cristo

TIL that they made Hertz Corvettes.  I knew the Mustangs has some history but this is pretty far removed from a base mustang.

It makes for good hunting though. Forget cars, we bought a house with terrible low res photos. Great neighborhood, high demand, terrible photos and paint. No one ever came to look at it. Negotiated 15% less than the model match that shares a wall with it.

That's where the Ody prevails.  Fold down the back, remove the center seats and remove the center console (which still sucks).  Voila, a hell of a lot of carrying capacity.

Non-removable center seats is a deal breaker.  We nearly always have the center out for access to the back and often take out the others for cleaning (small kids) or hauling stuff.  A 4' x 4' x 8' space makes for a decent truck.

That’s a 2.5-liter four-cylinder paired with three electric motors for a total claimed 219 horsepower.

I think several modern seats can be both best and worst. Audi has some well bolstered ones with enough adjustment that with time can be dialed in just right.

Hot take but you made the mistake everyone who doesn’t live near one makes. Animal style sucks. Don’t order it. Get a standard DD with onions. Get fries. Eat fries first as they only have a 5 minute shelf life.

The Chick-fil-a in Downey is terrible on the best of days. Free sandwich day was insane and people were still allowed to pack in the building.
