The bone stock 2006 would get into the high 13s with nearly 150 less hp. This video is just stirring up bs.

This is where the comment “I wish I had a F40 to wrap around a light pole” comes into play.

Its insane that anyone would jump in to defend CARB. Just look at basic emissions testing in CA for a great example of how backwards it all is. You can have a 80s car spewing NOx from the tailpipe at a rate that would make your eyes water but if you replace the engine with something newer and cleaner but don’t have

1st Gear: I’m really torn on this one. On one hand, I think CA has seriously gone nuts with its insane emissions laws that conflict with just about every other state in the US. On the other hand, I’m a firm believer in the 10th amendment. I may be stuck in CA for now, but at least I have the option to go to another

Similarly, I have received a ticket in the mail for a truck I have never owned in a school parking lot I have never visited. Meter maid punched in the wrong license plate.

Damn, level 10 is right. It would be better if it was the other way around though. I had heard that Tea Leoni had her special cars all stick as husband David Duchovny couldn’t drive them.

Strange, most cars either have a national low requirement so it works in all states or a CA specific tune for cars sold in CA.

Its not as others have already explained to you. Live the culture, talk the language. Its a common term used for a known issue regardless of whether you like it or not. Come deal with the issue personally if you want. My town in LA county is 10% non-citizen and that’s only counting those who reported it. We also have

One sided much? Sure there are extremest centers like the ones you mention but there is no mention of the tons of centers that offer free medical care (by licenses nurses), information, or ultrasounds to women who have no access to medical care of their own?

Can someone please inform California that 91 octane is not premium gasoline. Also love the fact that we only allow up to 91 due to “emissions” while the experts are saying they can meet better standards with higher octane. Its the smog rules all over again.

You must not be familiar with this part of California. The I5 runs right through LA county which is just a hair away from 50% Hispanic/Latino and comes up straight from Mexico. Its a pretty major issue in this area.

I had a car hit me on the way to my first day of a college semester. I walked into class late and when asked why I simply pointed out the window where they could see the carnage.

Thats crazy. I have been pulled over for a U turn and informed that a warrant for grand theft auto was out for me. Apparently he pulled up the wrong guy as when he gave me back my information he let me go with a warning.

A friend had a similar one. Accused of going 60+ in a 45. Had to go to court and show the judge that not only was it not possible (there was math involved) to take that 110 degree corner at 60+, his pos cavalier would have taken a lot more street to get up to that speed in the first place.

I made a left turn in front of a cop once and was pulled over, cuffed and searched.

What do I do if I like the notch and drive a minivan (purposefully...). The options are notch with screen or no screen. Ill take the extra real estate.

As a Californian and a former Mustang owner I have some sort of irrational hate for the CS. I’m not sure exactly what it is (probably the drivers...) but these sticker packs just piss me off when I see them.

Yuck, the one thing keeping me off a bike is other drivers, not my own comfort level. After being in 3, unavoidable, not at fault accidents I really don’t want to be on the road with other people without metal surrounding me.

Went shopping yesterday for a BMX helmet for my son after a pretty nasty wreck left him with a massive scar on his forehead. He was wearing a helmet but clearly not a quality one.

So...no word on engine specs for the race version?
