This is somewhat common. I have no idea why, but hardly unusual for US-spec vehicles to have blinking red, while still having a “spot” for amber tails. I assume these days that it has to do with DOT lighting regulations that we all love. I have a Jeep GC and it’s an annoyance that I’ve noticed:

Really sad Netflix put Mindhunter Seasons 3-5 in limbo, perhaps forever as Fincher is engaged with other projects. It was an excellent show and the perfect 70s car recreation played a very significant role in making the show’s gloomy ambiance credible!
