I have only told a few people about my 2 rapes (one was by a boyfriend and one was acquaintance rape) because for the longest time I felt responsible.

the way facial muscles move in extreme emotions like crying can be strange and end up looking like smiling/laughing but it doesn’t mean the person is faking anything. It’s just one of those weird things about facial expressions, and probably indicates more how overwhelmed she is.
