You might be able to get a Sprint phone to work on Verizon, they both use CDMA. But as Kschang pointed out, AT&T and T-Mobile use GSM, a totally different means of transmitting voice data. There's no apps or ROMs or anything that could "fix" it...

If set up properly, no, it shouldn't be of any issue. However, from what I've heard, Win7 is a little picky if the partition its installed on is resized... It'll assume you copied it onto a new computer & start yelling at you about activating the new install or whatever...

It might slow the authorities down a little, but this will not hide the partition from them. They're going to see that your drive is a 500GB drive, but only showing up as having 250GBs & know that there is a partition hidden away somewhere...
