First... "[...] Dears ran his pimpire from there using a standard Samsung Android."... Not that its really relevant to the story, but... Samsung has several Android phones, "a standard Samsung Android" doesn't really make much sense (especially considering Gizmodo is supposedly a geek/gadget site)... And what

Since I don't see a comment relating to this already...

Other pluses...

If you set each person up with their own copy of the Portable app, they'll each have their own portable AppData folder & will be able to customize their app without interfering with the other users. Sure, it'll take up more storage space (having multiple copies of the complete firefox installation, for example), but

Alright, I probably should know this, but... And I'm sure others will probably query as well...

Don't recall where I picked this up, so maybe its not cannon (or I could be totally making it up), but I'm pretty sure, somewhere in Trek history they mentioned that the deflector dish - well deflects these annoying particles away from the ship... Or maybe its the red/orange tips of the nacelles or something...

A couple questions...

How exactly does this prove men find red to be sexually ready? Could they not have proved that men are simply put off by the color white - and thus scored red higher considering it was the only other alternative. Maybe white == snow == no food == bad...

Isn't the permission read/write to the SD card, which happens to be fully accessible to any app with the read/write permission enabled. So while your slinging upset birds at hungry green pigs, the app might just be checking out your photos, MP3s, word processing documents, or whatever else you have on your card.

I follow a few places to keep up on the news. possible new menu items, specials, etc.

As others have mentioned... Please, whatever you do, DO NOT use this on a mobile network! If you are desperate enough to need a torrent program on your phone, wait until your on wifi! If people start torrenting on mobile networks, they're going to be way too over taxed. Think of what the iPhone did to AT&T in NYC

I don't think it'll matter too much if the page scrolls some. I just tried it in the browser on my phone. The text did scroll up & down as I moved my finger, but as long as you don't lift your finger off the screen, the text stays right next to your finger (ie doesn't scroll off the screen) & I was able to circle

If you check for available kiosks near by on [Redbox.com] (all you need is a zip code) you can see if they're inside or outside. That'll save you a little time, gas & let you keep your eyes on the road... There were maybe 3 of the 20 (of 50) I looked at in the 92115 zip code that were inside.

Just so long as none of you rent the game I want.... You could theoretically keep the game for free all week... Pick it up Sunday, return it Monday. Launch the Redbox app on your phone, reserve it, and pick it up for a new rental agreement... Come back Tuesday, and repeat.

Don't forget the yummy brownies too ;)

"Right now, it appears that the two biggest US carriers are the only ones with enough 4G infrastructure in place to handle the expected influx of LTE users"

Who still uses 3G? People who live in rural areas.... AT&T doesn't even offer 3G service to my hometown - you think we're gonna be blanketed in 4G anytime soon?

Verizon has already confirmed grandfathered unlimited counts as both 3 and 4G. In fact, from what I've read, its actually cheaper per byte for Verizon to use their 4G network over their 3G network. Which is why they've not tacked on an extra "premium data service fee" like other carriers have done when upgrading to

My understanding of the rational behind the various skins (Blur, Sense, etc) is to differentiate a Moto phone from an HTC phone, etc...

lol, I was just wondering that myself....
