I'm sure the parents are probably going to face some jail time (or some other punishment). Custody will probably get diverted to the grandparent(s) who uncovered the issue - or some other close family member. At least until the parents can be certified to be fit parents.

not sure if your're 100% accurate there... I believe its as long as your photos are not bigger than whatever the size is, they don't count towards your quota. Once you breach your 1G limit, additional pictures will be automatically re-scaled so they are under the limit (same for videos)

I thought Amazon automatically added any songs you buy from them to their cloud locker for you... And that said songs didn't count towards your storage limit... Of course that'd be for streaming only, which could be a problem if A.) you don't have a wifi connection or B.) you don't have an unlimited data connection…
