As Veronykah pointed out, it takes a while to upload your music if you've a rather large collection (over 160GB myself) - at the rate it was going when I went to bed the first night (set to the fastest possible speed) I think I estimated it'd take about a full month to upload everything. But that ate up a lot of my

According to my research, since the article hasn't been updated since, as long as you have a $30 unlimited data plan before the 7th, you'll be grandfathered in and be able to keep using as much data as you want. And, unless someone has info on something different, from what I've gathered, as long as you've got a

Verizon's ETF isn't too bad... It's $350, but for each complete month, it drops $10. AT&T's is similar. It was $90 (or about a monthly bill) when I broke my AT&T contract (~half year early) and went back to Verizon... But Verizon's service in my area is 10,000 times better than AT&Ts.... I was just tempted too

Being an accountant/financial professional, you're knowledge on the subject is, of course, a little more accurate than mine, but...

Don't Panic about your age :p

Android Friend: "Hey man, you bought Angry Birds for your iPhone right.... Mind if I play for a little"

Whats with all this zombie craze? A few weeks/months back there was an article about a town having to admit, thanks to a freedom of information act, that they didn't have a zombie survival procedure when someone asked the mayor about it, and now this...

Awesome! Nexus phones are sounding better all the time :) Especially when I hear this one is being described as "a beast".... A little iffy about it being from Samsung from what I'm hearing about their phones, but....

a semi-related question.... I have a iPhone 3G.... I know iOS 5 is not going to run on it. I'm cool with that, but.... I was wondering... Is there any way I could at least update my SMS app to do iMessenger so I can send free texts to other Apple users? I know on Android (my current working phone is a Droid X,

Still have one/able to invite since Google turned it off???? If you can.... Please :))

"It's also harder (read: impossible) to make all those phones good."

"The LeapPad comes stock with 2GB, a camera, video recorder, microphone and a 5-inch touchscreen that works with a stylus as well as a finger"

If you turn if off by tossing it, how does snooze work? And I really hope you don't have any windows in your bedroom... I could see a lot of broken glass, or if it was a warm night when you went to bed, alarms flying out of the window & waking the dog up outside.... I'm sure (s)he would love a blue alarm clock to

Thats why I said to moot ONE of the points... I've never personally played with a Samsung phone so I can't speak from personal experience... So I didn't comment on that area...

Quick question that popped into my head just now.... Nexus phones are pure Android, no manufacture skins (Blur, Sense, etc)... But... Do they ship with carrier bloatware, like the lovely NFL '11 Verizon saw fit to push to my phone (& break my root in doing so)? Or are they free of that to?

Nevada recently passed new laws that would allow Google's self driving vans on their streets... Giz posted a write up about it within the last few days. I recall the article ending with a statement to the effects of "And now for the other 49..." So I'd assume this wouldn't be too useful unless you were a Nevadian -

Something like this might have an impact on movie piracy... Rather than wasting the bandwidth (of your newly capped 'net connection) & risk getting sued for several hundred thousand for downloading a crappy cam someone recorded on their mobile phone, just head down to the theater, flash your pass & watch it in its

Get a $30 unlimited data plan now - before the 7th.... You'll be able to keep unlimited. From my understanding, if your like me, and only have 3G now, you'll be able to keep unlimited & upgrade to 4G later when you get a new phone and still keep unlimited data....

If you get a $30/month unlimited plan within the next 2 weeks (by the 7th).... Its my understanding you'll be grandfathered into a unlimited 4G plan - even if your phone is only limited to 3G now (upgrading shouldn't be a problem)....

Any idea on how soon Google might be giving out invites/any way to encourage an invite being sent sooner?
