What's the cost of having that TB storage in RAID and on a UPS, and having it connected to the internet to allow access anywhere?
Man, people at work are going to wonder why I'm counting all the time.
What's a vacation?
All the time. Never know when something better is out there waiting for you to apply. Right now my job has me way too stressed, I've had to skip out on family vacations, days off, etc. I'm also doing two jobs at the same time (with one company).
WE paid $1300 at work for a new Fluke tester. It does copper and fiber, saves reports, and a bunch of other things. Well worth the money...because it isn't my money.
I saw a tip for guys a while back from Bob Arno I believe. Turn your wallet landscape in your backpocket (if that's where you keep it). It's not 100% but it makes it a bit more difficult to grab without you noticing. I typically do this in large crowds, even locally.
This is also my favorite podcast manager on Android. Great interface,
I think it'd be cool if you did the live Q and A thing that lifehacker does on occasion.
This is probably my next purchase. Helluva lot cheaper and has great reviews http://www.amazon.com/Professional-C…
I would classify myself as a "dental patient veteran". There is a couple reasons to pull a tooth. 1) You have baby teeth and a bad cavity/cracked tooth/ etc. It's going to come out one way or another 2) A root canal is not possible. Dentists should be trying everything they can to SAVE your tooth. 3) Wisdom Tooth is…
I agree, my dentist however was trying to have me avoid getting one. He explained that he could definitely have one ordered for me but it'd be about $300. If TMJ wasn't a huge issue and the over the counter night guard worked, then he wasn't going to have me purchase unnecessary stuff.
I knew this had to be an Alan Henry article! As a musician, I always come up with either great lyrics or some great riffs in the shower. Unfortunately, they've never made it on to the bath mat
I believe if you're stopped at a red light and need to make a left for example; so you cut through a gas station to merge into the cross street to "avoid" the light is illegal. <—What a terrible fucking sentence that was. If you just take a detour, I can't imagine that would be a problem. Such as a side street or back…
I was always a bit hesitant and still am about going to the gym. I didn't want to be that guy who was doing everything all wrong. I started watching Steve Cook's videos over at bodybuilding.com to observe the correct technique for lifts and such. It helped me immensely and I was even able to show my wife and some of…
Completely agree! If you're at a gym where people are saying negative stuff to you or watching you like "WTF is he/she doing here", you're at the wrong gym. The gym I go to is very welcoming, everyone is there to workout and not care what other people are doing.
If you're a computer tech, helpdesk, or your general family IT guy/gal; Malwarebytes should be on a flash drive chained to your neck. I deal (or maybe I should say dealt) with about 3,000+ students on a college campus. As soon as a laptop came in, MBAM was one of the first programs I'd run on it, still heavily use…
Usually you can make one-time payments as well. So if a bill is $50 a month you can automate that and just make one time payments on top of that. Or instead of the minimum, set the amount to, say $100 to pay the bill twice as fast.
I lol'd
Money?
