I think you made the right call, Jason. This will bring him a small boost in visibility, but you've done the reporting and laid all the facts out there for everyone.
Ok, I get it now. I thought that there was just kinda space to do whatever you wanted. Wasn't aware that there's no buy-in and thus server costs associated with the "do anything" aspect.
Oh my god. This is too funny. The fact that she gets so frustrated with his position is hilarious. Good lord, this game really attracts an interesting set of folks.
Can't you literally do anything in this game? Why would you buy fake land?
Ok, glad that everyone has access to the same abilities. The level playing field has always been my favorite part of Halo.
A damn fine breakdown of a classic title! I have a disconnect with the story on this one, my greatest memory is my grandma shutting off my 64 as I was about to fight Goht. I'm really excited to re-experience the game and take the time to really explore all of the side content and the stories they tell.
So, I got to see an advanced screening of this last week. Everyone should see it. I went in expecting very little, but I got a very Disney-esque superhero movie that was full of heart and really quite funny! The kids in the theater ate it up and so did all of the adults. Afterwards, people were gushing about it.
Wow, Jason. One of the first to push this out on a major news site. Nicely done, man!
Hey Stephen, one quick question. How do you determine who reviews a game? Let's say Kingdom Hearts 3 finally releases. Do you give it to the fan who loves the series and has played them all? The casual reviewer who only played the numbered titles? Or the person who has just a cursory knowledge? Just curious…
I think most of the backlash is from Bungie calling this a bug. I don't really think this can be attributed to a bug or mistake in coding. I cant imagine it would've made it past play testing. (Or if it did, this is an indication that Bungie needs to up its raid testing game)
My buddies and I regularly back out if we have to do Valus Ta'Aruc (or whatever) on Mars. Its so damn long, and he's such a damage sponge.
It looks like the bundles all have download codes, not physical copies. Somewhat of a harder sell. And I really would prefer the Sunset Bundle, but my poor 360 and Wii got so gross, I don't think I can do another white console.
Rumor has it that the pumpkin head has the same impact as the glimmer boost for Hive enemies.
Very seriously considering an Xbox One at some point this holiday season. I'm thinking the Assassin's Creed bundle is the best deal, but I also really like the Modern Warfare colors, even if that does mean I'll get a game I probably won't ever play with it...
This seems to be a common response! I felt the same way. I read another reviewer call it, "the worst pageturner" they'd ever read. And its kind of true. I consumed Wise Man's Fear, but looking back on it, it's just so incredibly average. It's a very strange series.
Oh man, I really really want this book! I loved the short stories, and a more historical account of Roberts Rebellion sounds great.
Yeah, I can only believe the Jade Empire combat system would be perfect for an Avatar game. Come on Bioware! Get your rear in gear. Pull a KOTOR, work with the creators and design basically your own story/characters just based on the world/lore! I would pay tons of money for this.
Halloween Horror nights was a staple back in High School/College. My friends and I loved it. Some of the haunted houses are really insanely cool.
I used to live in Florida, and this was an annual event for most of my friends. We loved going in High School/College. Universal really pulls out all the stops with the houses.
