It just goes to show how "different" the wii market is. I've played both games, and while I wasn't blown away by either, I played Galaxy through to completion and have yet to finish NSMBW. I usually only play NSMB if I'm playing with my little bro anyways, whereas I felt compelled to finish Galaxy by myself.

@BigManMalone: The idea of the machines having the Boss as the base for their personality seems like a solid theory. I'm not sure if Kojima would go that route, but its definitely plausible. But it just seems that all MGS fans would know the truth behind the twist already, so that makes me think that's not the route

@Nulls: Exactly. Putting specific content in the game package for first-time buyers is a trend that I am glad to see continuing. I can understand that people who don't have online might have issues with that, but they wouldn't be getting any DLC anyways.

@lolgreg: I believe that's the Free Credit report guy. You know, pirate restaurant, ren fair, girlfriends basement, etc...

This is a really well written article, but there's one idea that's nagging at me after reading it. Despite the inclusion of Gears of War and Call of Duty, this list feels extremely Japanese. Now, I understand that Tim has lived in Japan for the majority of the decade, but i just feels weird. I don't really know

I agree. Mages are extremely awesome. I'm playing one right now on the PS3 version, and I've died only once. The Arcane Warrior specialization is also incredible.
