Jeez, they’re usually moving slow enough after some time in the fridge not to worry about them attacking you or anything. I’ve never actually seen a lobster move very fast (out of water), and I’ve never had trouble sticking them right in a pot of boiling water, even after racing them in the yard for a few minutes…
