I think coverages will change or liability decisions between 2 insureds will change, but it will still be your vehicle that you’re liable for. I think you’ll see a lot of no fault language be adopted possibly, it’s hard to tell, but I just don’t think the liability is going to end up on manufacturers. 

Liability in an accident is still going to be determined the same way as before, unless you can prove their is some sort of critical software/hardware failure that was non maintenance related, then your insurer will likely sue the manufacturer, but even then they probably wouldn’t. 

I also don’t know if that number is fully right. I have 3 reps in my area (gerrymandering of course) and 2 of the 3 put out rote statements on Twitter (Darin Lahood and Rodney Davis) but Adam Kinzinger hasn’t said anything yet. 

Also there doesn’t need to be any quid pro quo for him to be impeached for asking a foreign leader to dig up dirt on his political opponent.
