I think that may be the wrong question to ask, I think the better question to ask is whether the premium price at CarMax is worth the relatively low hassle experience versus another used car dealer. 

Is buying the house and founding a village part of the expansion pack or main game? If it’s main game how the hell did I miss that?

At the very least the kids app needs an approved upload/creator process. Letting just anyone upload any content to the kids app is bad!
