Thank you @Fluka:disqus for helping to relieve such a stressful week for me. You made study breaks full of laughter for me now. You are awesome!

While I am an old man, one year my father decided to give me Arkham Asylum. My holidays will forever be reminded of Batman running about and punching everything in sight. My other tradition, that I am still trying to accomplish now is to beat a game from at least 10 years ago. The last few years it has been Legend…
First Contact is one of the best in my opinion. I like the cast, the premise is okay, and it is one of the few that I can remember fondly.
This was by far one of the best 'Gesty's I have seen (of the two years I have seen them). I really like the "cat interference". Also, the Moby Dick reference was absolutely the BEST thing to hear for me! Ahab (who unfortunately hates internet videos) would be proud.
I am more of a Laser Pointer kind of Professor.
Thanks for this wonderful tradition! I find that the Ouya is quite sad. The fact that it's best selling points are Towerfall and playing emulated games really makes me feel pretty sad for all the people who worked so hard on that project.
I do not like this downvoting. I do not like it at all.
I AGREE with you @Fluka:disqus , I think that Dragon Age 2 is better than Origins. I think that it definitely has flaws and was a bit underdone, but I think that the game was a step in the right direction. I really liked the character building and the gameplay was more enjoyable. Also, Enjoy saving Xmas!
I agree about Metal of Honor. I really am getting more uncomfortable with "gritty" shooters lately. Where are all the Glowy Green Leela & Fry shooters gone? Also, I need to use the phone now…so I'll be disconn…[annoying fax noises]
Finals are over for me and now I am going to enjoy some Baldur's Gate and some Skyrim. I have a TON of games to play during my break, when I am not studying for qualifying exams.
Indeed. I think video game protagonists really need to attend hiking classes.
Good luck with moving. Also, congratulations with finishing Dragon Age: Origins!
Congratulations on finishing Grad School!
I know a few games have tried the mechanic of riding dragons, but I want a real adaptation of Dragon Riders of Pern. I think that it would be a great RPG, in the vein of Skyrim or possibly Assassin's Creed. The series has TONS of political intrigue, many different roles and TELEPORTING DRAGONS! Plus a fun world…
I purchased Skyrim, and Dark Souls. I also on a spur decided to try Assassins Creed 2, just for the sheer fun of assassinating people.
I will be studying for my Finals this Weekend. I will probably not get much time for any gaming at all this weekend. After finals though…I did just purchase Dark Souls and Hotline Miami is the Game for review at the moment, so I will be able to relax after that.
This was a very well reasoned and great comment. I do think that this is a big factor for Magic. I really have never gotten into Magic (due to lack of friends and Bender taking all my money early). Seeing the new designs have made me want to try the game now more than ever though.
I agree. I feel that is definitely what is happening with the "tropes vs. women" dialogues. Many people are just going bonkers over someones opinions. It is crazy how much vitriol and hate are happening for someone who posts justified opinions and is enhancing the dialogue of video games.
We even had to call all the hospitals in our are just to be sure your weren't there!
Perhaps the staff is trying out the new PizzaHut app on the XBone? It might be SO revolutionary that they have to keep trying it to make sure it works…or they didn't get a press copy, and had to find one during the release and need a few days to actually review it. Who knows?
