I’m sorry but that choice in the first game to me was always more “ok, who do you want to die. Mr Boring or Space Racist.”
Okay, so completely pointless, Doom the Movie, or the Resident Evil film franchise, just bastardizing the source while using some elements here and there
Also, hellooooo fetish
It’s because Hitman 2016 was a commercial disappointment to Square Enix so they pulled their funding and tried to sell the studio. IO’s management bought them out but basically had to cut the studio to the bone in the process and a cinematic team isn’t really a vital requirement for the sort of game Hitman is.
Singularity too. That’s a sleeper if ever there was one.
Zack should play the original Prey(also on the Doom 3 engine) as well. That game holds up.
Gotcha, thanks for the clarification.
I thought they had announced they were going to release everything on PC from now on? I guess I’m either wrong or they backtracked.
Game pass is on pc as well.
Did they report it? If you don’t report then you suffer in silence. People can complain about working conditions to others until the end of time but a union actually has power due to collective bargaining. An Amazon worker complaining that they aren’t getting state mandated break times? They are gone and possibly (if…
His point had fuck all to do with backwards compatibility, and was just a lame emotional post that couldn’t answer why Sony and Nintendo don’t support their older console games.
Why do they need to be mutually exclusive? What’s wrong with offering the ability to play old games and new games? Why are Sony fans so dense?
I’m just waiting for the Wild Hunt next-gen upgrade to play it again...
That’s always been the thing that I can’t comprehend about Monster Hunter: “It’s a great game with awkward controls and convoluted multiplayer. You should try it!” And then every release new players complain about how hard it is to get into and the responses are “just watch a YouTube tutorial.” Yeah, or the developers…
I get the appeal to some degree with older games. But the pacing of modern JRPGs doesn’t really seem ideal for portability. The Persona games for example often have fairly long introductory sequences that last over an hour before a solid pause. They’re often not the greatest kinds of games to pick up after having not…
Oh geez, I just remembered Middleditch & Schwartz which was amazing.
I thought the show made it clear that Hex Vision didn’t transfer his memories, he just unlocked White Vision’s memories which were being supressed. That would include everything up until the moment he was killed by Thanos.
I mostly just want to explore a harsh and strange land. Kill some stuff and maybe get killed by some stuff without having to worry about 40 sub-systems monitoring my gastrointestinal tract.
If you mostly don’t like survival games, this is the one to play if you want to ever have a shot at enjoying one. It’s $20. It’s worth the try. It is definitely a survival game, not an exploration game. You have to gather and craft, you have to eat - but you don’t always have to do that stuff. If you aren’t planning…
Honestly having been burnt out similarly by survival game and finally having dipped my toes I can confirm Valheim might be that gem.
Like... it removes all that’s “meter-based” in other games. Starvation is gone, thirst is gone. Food is purely ingredients that give you buffs with your only worry being renewing the buff…
