It’s very telling that two of these controllers have the Xbox non-symmetrical analog stick design. I’m just back playing PS4 again and the dual shock design is not comfortable with the two sticks in the middle. It feels so much better in hands with them in the Xbox position.

Same here. Trying to successfully run multiple end-game instances with different characters using the LFG app or outside websites became an exorcise in frustration.

The models still look like absolute abominations. I honestly don’t know who decided on this art direction, but its horrendous. Iron Man just looks all wrong.

I’m tempted with this simply because of the interplay between PC purchased games and Xbox. It’s nice to be able to buy something on PC (yes even if it’s via MS Store) and play it on both systems.

That pretty much killed any hype from me. I was hoping for proper Star Wars space battles, like at the end of RotJ or even the Death Star run, not 5 v 5, that’s too lame for a Star Wars space battle.

You mirror my thoughts almost exactly. Give me a plain black box I can just put on my desk and have it blend in. It looks like some 1990s high-schoolers design. The controller looks good, but still also white isn’t a good color for electronics in most cases, including here.

There were a few good standouts for supporting characters;

yeah this makes that boomerang controller look genius.

It’s like they had a fan design contest and picked whatever everyone agreed the absolute worst one was.

This makes me so nostalgic for the previous games. If they’d remaster all of them for the current console generation, I’d buy them. 

Just wanna mention the game Yager’s currently working on, The Cycle, which is a free-to-play shooter on the Epic Store, is actually a ton of fun. It’s basically Borderlands with PVP.
