The added representation option was great but I could never bring myself to play this version. No animated cutscenes and the hugely downgraded navigation just kill it for me. Moving a dot around a map just wasn’t it

I consider myself pretty well informed and yet a reddit post about this lazy dumbshit game I saw yesterday was the first time I’d ever heard of the “88" thing. Personally, I don’t think it’s so unbelievable that a likely small team of amateur devs might not have either.

I wish they would but only so they could then leave that mechanic out of future mainline Zelda titles.

“I have never in my 13 years of playing Dota 2 ever done anything like this”

As evidenced by the self-storage complexes opening up on every damn corner. We all buy too much shit. It’s okay to get rid of your old junk. You’re never going to ride that cheap Huffy again from when you were 5 in 1998. Get rid of it. Grandma’s old wardrobe that you haven’t touched in 15 years? Chuck it. If you’ve

Big “money doesn’t buy happiness” energy here.

Good. One less live service money pit to watch die a slow death. I’m glad that they could acknowledge that this was going to hurt their bread and butter single player games and made the right call.

You’re looking at a third party seller. You have to filter it to only show Walmart’s listings.

Nah, fuck that. Let ‘em sell*. If it’s not going to be legalized at a federal level then someone’s gotta.

I mean, if you tell me The Boys Russell are good in it that’s enough for me. Really I’m just hoping this is a sign that Wyatt is softening on his “I don’t want to play my dad’s characters” stance. If only because I want him to play Snake Plissken in a new “Escape”. Because it’s either that or it’ll get a shitty

I started going mostly digital a few years back for the convenience and space-saving. But between shit like this (I don’t watch any of these but it’s the principle), having to figure out what’s available on what service at any given point, and the constant price hikes I’m starting to think I should just go back to

You forgot Skull Island, which had no right being as good as it was.

Not one single microtransaction or battle pass or virtual currency.

Completely irrelevant to anything else but I modeled my character after Wes Chatham’s Amos. And the game allowed me to get pretty damn close. And that was the most exciting thing that I did in my time with the game.

Easy. Because despite all their hand-wringing over the issue Bethesda made a boring game. People are getting bored and moving on to something else that’s more exciting moment-to-moment.

Right? Like who else besides the publisher are we meant to blame?

I probably would have stuck with the show much longer than I did if he actually had played Rick.

I would absolutely be skipping this despite loving Part II just as much as Part I but the $10 upgrade is pretty generous. Especially considering the No Return sounds legitimately pretty cool.

I’m with you. Maybe I’m just old (38) and out of touch but I just can’t get into any of these streamers. I see them yelling or overreacting and I just nope right tf out. I honestly feel like they’re partly responsible for some of the worst of what gaming has become due to publishers pushing the kind of
