Does this make my Project Scorpio edition even more of a collector’s item? Still selling it off in November to pay off some of the Series X cost though.

He'll always be the three eyed psychic guy from Starship Troopers for me.

It’s definitely my go-to unwind-after-work game. There’s plenty of content to play depending on my mood and none of it requires too much thought. Just wish there weren't those couple of activities I can't do.

I never even went the LFG route for exactly that reason. I always got the impression that I’d have to deal with a lot of asswads that take it too seriously and I don’t have the mental stamina for that.

I’m the same way. The older I get the more I don’t really enjoy talking to armchair general randos. I don’t mind playing with them in things like the Nightfalls hit that doesn’t really require much verbal communication. That and Destiny is my "unwind" game.

This, I was not aware of somehow. I'm pretty decently powered at 1059 so I may have to give it a shot.

Tried it last night. I want to like it but it’s way too bullet spongy for my taste. Shouldn’t pummel someone from 20 feet away with a chaingun and have them shrug it off. I realize it’s on beta so this could and likely will change. But for now it’s not vibing with me.

I hear you. The older I get the less time I have to try the same mission 130 times in a row to try and RNG one specific piece of gear (looking at you, D1 Ophidian Aspect). Age is the enemy of free time.

I’m not on my PS4 all that much these days (typically on Xbox or PC) but I use the Nacon Revolution 3 and it’s pretty solid. I still get hand pain after a while like every other PlayStation controller but it’s not nearly as bad as with the dualshock 4. Asymmetrical really is the only way that makes sense to my thumbs.

And here I am having put at least a few hundred hours into Destiny 2 without ever having done a raid or dungeon ‘cos I haz no frands*. Same reason I had to solo Crota’s End in D1.

The answer to that question, when it comes to Sony, has generally been "yes". The last time you didn't have to was PS3. And that's probably only because digital games weren't really a thing yet on console so backwards compatibility relied on physical media.

Like, I would love to come into some money and be able to live *comfortably* yet *modestly*. And then there’s these fucks just tossing money at things that they probably won’t have ten years from now because this is how they spend it.

I thought it was pretty obvious that my comment was tongue-in-cheek. Though DKC2 was generally the best reviewed of the three. Never cared much for DKC3 personally.

The obvious best of the SNES trio. But this is a start.

This is peak "yikes". They're really catering to a certain crowd.

The game was pretty solid all-around for representation. Even has a pretty decently accurate on-the-spectrum character. I had a lot of fun with this one. Mind you I didn't hate the first game but this one brought the fun.

Battlerite actually did add a battle Royale and it effectively killed the main game. It was an entirely separate paid release and support for the main game slowed to a trickle. And the battle Royale flopped. And I’m still bitter because Battlerite is the only MOBA-like game I’ve ever actually legitimately enjoyed.

“Why is racism the opposite of enlightenment?”

No, because I'm not the racist here. Go tell your parents they raised you wrong.

What’s the point? Am I going to change your mind or enlighten you in some way? Nah. I do think it’s quite unsurprising and awfully telling that someone who drops the n-word like it’s a fashion statement would think the United States is a free and fair society. You wear your privilege proudly, Captain Mayonnaise, but
