I doubt it’ll be that much. The money comes from software and subscriptions. If they push Game Pass, which is already a big success for them, they can keep hardware costs down. I may be wrong but I’d be surprised if Sony doesn’t out out the more expensive box this year.

I response to your edit; you can turn video auto play off for the Xbox Store. It was a good day when I stumbled on that.

The only way I’ll give a shit about the movie one way or the other is if it’s animated.

Thanks for the heads up. There’s definitely some I’ve been interested in, and I’ll probably grab some one of these days. Mostly it’s just a matter of space. I’ve got a fair deal of collectibles and figures already taking up some real estate. I just really like the hunter’s design in Bloodborne (pretty much the game’s

Yeah, I’ve heard all kinds of horror stories. And I believe them. My experience is purely anecdotal and I chalk it up to luck. It’s a shame that Microsoft couldn’t nail it down but I feel like the “Xbox” app on Windows 10 is pretty much what GFWL should have been.

It really is a bummer that the multiplayer is getting nixxed. There might be technically less to do than in V but I had way more fun than I do in V.

Completely agree. I put a fair amount of time into V when it launched on last gen consoles. The best word for me to describe it is “frustrating”. At first I could forgive the frustration until it eventually it became too much. Still bought it on current gen and pop it on every now and then. But I can only play for

I’m the odd man out. I didn’t have issues with GFWL until they stopped supporting it. It always worked for me without a hitch. I know that’s not the norm. I also honestly liked getting Xbox achievements on PC.

Same boat. I hadn’t looked at the price yet but this is the first Nendoroid I want to own. Plenty of of them have been appealing but this is the first must have.

I’m the opposite. Can’t play RPGs on handheld. If I’m gonna sit down for a long session with a dialogue heavy RPG I’d rather do it on my TV. Handhelds makes my neck hurt and my hands cramp. Still, I’d love for P3 through P5 to get ported to all current platforms. The more people that get to play them the better.

The last modern game that really tried that that I enjoyed was Driveclub. Despite its faults it felt like a good old fashioned racing game. If they’d just make a new NFS in the style of Burnout Revenge I’d be ecstatic.

It might not be as popular or as talked about as the games you mentioned but it’s still a thing kids love even now. Anecdotally, between my gf and I there’s five kids ranged 4 years old to 11. And they all love Sonic. They watch the 90’s cartoon, Sonic X, Sonic Boom and play all the games old and new. They all agree

This. I’m really kind of tired of big huge open world racing games.

I actually really dig the animal designs. But those player characters look like they were ripped straight out of some Wii Shop Channel shovelware.

Now playing

“I would like a Splatoon clone now please, with 4 player split-screen support if possible.”

That’s...actually a pretty good breakdown of Destiny’s gameplay loop. That said, it gets me. I only have space in my life for one game-as-a-service and Destiny fills it. At times I wonder why it does it for me but it does and I have up trying to rationalize it.

Largely, yes. But that’s kind of been Microsoft’s messaging on the matter. You could get Game Pass on console or you can get Game Pass on PC and either way you’re in the Xbox ecosystem.

I love this game. The only thing that’s ever really bothered me about it is the weird ass way your character runs when you’re not sprinting. Wish Capcom would remember it exists a little more often. Kind of surprised there hasn’t been a Dragon’s Dogma crossover event with Monster Hunter World. That seems like a

I like a lot of Reflektor but then some of it loses me. It’s definitely where I noticed them going in the direction that Everything Now took. But I wouldn’t say I didn’t enjoy it.

I go between Funeral and Suburbs as my top AF album. Funeral has Wake Up which is the first song I heard from them in the Where The Wild Things Are trailer and I instantly loved it. So that usually wins out. Neon Bible has some really great tracks too but I probably listen to that one as while less than the other two.
