Yeah, but they don’t usually have to fight guys with claws or guys that can set themselves or others on fire.
Professional fighters wear clothing like that because the rules say they have to. If I were going to fight in the street against people who may or may not be wielding blades and supernatural powers, I wouldn’t want a whole lot of skin showing - especially my elbows and knees.

This is one of my all time favorites. The music from Stage 2 of SoR1 (Dilapidated Town) conveys that underclass hopelessness more than any other, imo. My wife and I came out to the SoRR version of the boss music at our wedding.
