Yeah, that seems about right for a T-Mobile phone.

No love for Worf? Or did you use up your TNG quota on Geordi?

@julianda01: That's not even remotely analogous. More appropriate would be saying "I bought this car, I'm legally and ethically allowed to pimp it up, trick it out, gut it, or loan/sell it to anyone I want."

@blunt_machetti: Not if you have your pot under a good tea cozy.

@Photocopier: Not before the water, per se, but before the tea. Here are the steps, in order, for black tea:

To many windows—makes it look like a corporate office. Also, not digging the idea of my house being that close to cliff surfing. Pool's nice, though.

What the hell is the point of an "invisible" plane that still leaves everyone and everything inside of it visible?

[Insert obligatory Christine O'Donnell reference here.]

@bobthedj: Which itself was, of course, parodying an old Folger's coffee commercial.

I thought a film called "RAOne" would be about a robot resident assistant who "enforces dorm rules with extreme prejudice."

They didn't drop 'Snookie' hard enough.

@HidingInCanada: It airs from 6-7 pm in the UK, which would be 1-2 pm Eastern Time in the US, so there'll be plenty of time for it to show up on the interwebs.

@squishyalt: Um, yeah. That works really well in the business world...

I have to say that I absolutely loved both "Blackout" and "All Clear" (as well as Willis' other works). The only thing that bugged me was the multiple references to the Jubilee Line on the London Underground during the WWII timeframe. That line didn't open under that name until 1979. The level of detail in the book(s)

@ovenmitt: That's right. I had the time difference flipped in my head.

You know...it's easy to laugh at this and call it inane—which it pretty much is—but if you think about it, for the current generation of young people, this is as close as they'll ever get to having a diary or journal.

The Doctor Who Christmas Special is going to air on BBC America on Christmas Day? Does that mean that those of us in the US will actually see the episode a few hours BEFORE folks in the UK do?

@Batlife: The later Honor Blackman episodes are close to the quality of the Diana Rigg episodes, although the 'sci-fi' element hadn't really taken hold too much during her tenure. The Linda Thorson (Tara King) episodes just tended to get too silly for my tastes, and even though she was very attractive, she was a bit

@fhbals: But not permanently widowed. Remember, Mr. Peel was discovered and reunited with the fair Emma in the first Tara King episode, "The Forget-Me-Knot."
