@HidingInCanada: It airs from 6-7 pm in the UK, which would be 1-2 pm Eastern Time in the US, so there'll be plenty of time for it to show up on the interwebs.

@squishyalt: Um, yeah. That works really well in the business world...
I have to say that I absolutely loved both "Blackout" and "All Clear" (as well as Willis' other works). The only thing that bugged me was the multiple references to the Jubilee Line on the London Underground during the WWII timeframe. That line didn't open under that name until 1979. The level of detail in the book(s)…
@ovenmitt: That's right. I had the time difference flipped in my head.
You know...it's easy to laugh at this and call it inane—which it pretty much is—but if you think about it, for the current generation of young people, this is as close as they'll ever get to having a diary or journal.

@frugala: No. I just happen have a conscience.
@sigurrosuntitled: Because people aren't "getting along just fine now." They're being denied health care because of pre-existing conditions. They're being driven into bankruptcy for the "sin" of falling ill. And yes, people ARE dying due to denial of services—because of profit-driven decisions made insurance company…
@Lex Steers: Yeah, my heart bleeds for the insurance companies. Poor babies.
@verziehenone: This is what needs to happen with eBooks. I'll buy the hard copy for $20-whatever, but then give me the electronic version for when I'm out and about.
@teh1andonlym0: That's fine if you have access to the internet. What if you're one of the tens of millions of Americans who don't?
@Prey521: Yeah! You tell 'em! We Americans demand the right to once again be denied health care coverage if we have pre-existing conditions. And please—drop our health care once we get sick. Also, we want to be sent into bankruptcy due to coverage caps once a for-profit insurance company decides that we're too sick to…
