We have to learn how to discuss these things in some sort of rational way.

A hearty fuck-you to the men who decided to display this picture in full during her disciplinary hearing.

It’s absolutely discrimination. A crime was committed against her and she is being punished for it.

Between this and the sheer amount of comments in the other article about Sekiro from people not wanting gamers with disabilities to enjoy their games, I’m starting to think this hobby attracts some psychopaths who are entirely devoid of empathy.

I do it just to irritate folks with post histories like yours—as it’s almost exclusively the “defend my right to be an asshole” types who feel the need to tone police others. ;)

Also in the “I am about to read this but need to comment first on how I’ve been desperately waiting for Jason to make this article” boat.

It felt like EA was putting Anthem on such a high pedestal that had to become the next Halo 1 or the next Smash Bros or the next Gran Turismo in order for Anthem to be considered a success.

Was waiting for this. Will read later on but just wanted to say continue doing the lord’s work.

I’ve been waiting for the Schreier breakdown of how this fell apart far more than the game itself.

And they report anyone on twitter for calling them TERF’s. They can fuck off.

Oh, trust me, TERFs now have decided that they *hate* being called TERFs. So generally relish the opportunity to call them that.

I’m really liking the term FARTs instead of TERFs, fuck what they WANT to be called.

Ladies’ rooms =/= locker rooms. We don’t all strip down in the ladies’ room at the mall. What the hell goes on in men’s rooms anyway?

Also, some places in the U.S. have had gender neutral bathrooms for a while. My brother’s trade school had them, and they managed just fine. And these were bathrooms with multiple stalls, not just a single-stall room. No one died from being exposed to people of other genders.

Nevermind that that action would be sexual harassment or indecent exposure regardless of the person’s gender or if they’re in a bathroom.

And notice that transmen are never part of the conversation? It’s always about that almighty penis.

“In this climate, who would challenge someone with a beard exposing their penis in a women’s changing room?”

I don’t know how to explain to people that I’m not an issue: I’m a person. The Atlantic goes out of their way to play this edgelord both-sides game, and I’m more than done with it. I have to fight court battles over bathrooms; do you think I really want to read what some uninformed, empathy-bankrupt hack thinks of my

don’t give them any more ideas of product promotions

Maybe they got mad Monistat on deck, we just don’t know.
