MTOD has carried most of the season live and on “Replay”. Well worth the $6/mo.

I literally will only transport LPG tanks in my truck. NEVER in the car.

Yes, and honestly if you’re in anything fast and grippy enough to really be affected, your group is going to re-work the groove in short time anyway. Only the first few cold-tire laps are affected. I would say little to no real difference in the long run.

The Chase/Playoffs BS has completely killed what little interest I had in NASCAR.

To be honest, I didn’t watch this year. I gave up on NASCAR ages ago.

Since tickets are easy to get now, go to Bristol while NASCAR is still alive. Bristol is freakin’ awesome. I remember when they would sell it out EVERY race in the 90s. My dad bought tickets two years out, that’s how packed it was.

Kulwicki’s team didn’t go out of business, Tommy Kendall and Jimmy Hensley ran the rest of the ‘93 season and Geoff Bodine bought the team for 94.

Tack on some more short tracks and road courses. DITCH THE STUPID CHASE. Upgrade the pit stops (air jacks and single lugs with fueling rigs), step it the hell up.

Being that our 900hp NASCAR-engined tube-chassis TransAm car didn’t hit 200 at DAYTONA, I’m highly skeptical that this 488C hit 202 at a short track in Iowa.

Can we raise money to vinyl wrap his casket in his favorite driver’s livery?

Roadkill can’t afford an LS, they’d put some shitty 302 in it out of a crappy old van and zip tie it together before tossing the hood to keep it from overheating.

Raph, come visit us down here in Florida. It’s quite the opposite. If you look hard enough, you’ll eventually find at least one car in every parking lot that ISN’T a terrifying deathtrap. Sometimes they’re well hidden among the old Explorers with a gangster lean and auctioned off LEO Crown Vics with 5% tint.

I’ve had my JA Henkels chef’s knife for twenty years and honestly never plan to replace it. I keep it clean and very sharp, the balance is perfect, and the edge lasts a LONG time between sharpenings. It’ll thinly slice a fresh tomato and cut through chicken bones all in the same day. For a “cheap knife”, it’s gotta be

We do what every other TA team does, slap that sucker on there in a way that doesn’t limit driver vision and is easy to unplug when we swap back to the other windshield.

Yes.

The quick-swap windshield for our TransAm car has a really ghetto-rigged windshield motor/arm assembly attached to it with a quick-connect electric plug. It’s not stealth like in your street car, it literally just Tzus screws in place of the smooth windshield. NASCAR cars don’t have a cowl to store a blade behind,

Yeah, but seriously good luck finding one.

Sadly, none of them come with enough pedals.

I’ve been playing Wreckfest (Next Car Game) since early pre-alpha, and it’s come a LONG way. My son and I have some pretty epic online battles and the game never wears thin. The huge, HUGE amount of DLC Workshop content on Steam makes it endless fun.

No clue, I wish I knew the story. Doesn’t change the fact that it’s a fantastic car to drive. I figure I’ll cheap-fix the clearcoat issues and dip/wrap it a bright color instead of lame-ass black.
