As a family hauler parked outside of a garage of sports cars, it was nearly perfection.

It was comfortable as hell, it was bulletproof reliable, and it even got acceptable gas mileage (~22/28). It was perfect in every way but one, it was an automatic (I got it for a sick deal). I sold it and went back to a manual, but I’ll always have a special feeling for how damn good the E39 was.
