The only things I can think of to make fun of FX for are FXX (which I guess really isn't all bad) and the fact both networks will soon consist of shows involving Rob McElhenny and Charlie Day in some way, which I can't consider to be a negative thing.

Straight to Hell 2: Friday Night

THERE'S a story that requires a lot of proper context.

My one tattoo was done in the back room of a friend's house who was trying to save up for his own shop. It might be the Ghostbusters 2 logo.

I just felt like a giant asshole for trying to remember if he dies in Watchmen. He was in SO MUCH of that movie I just…spaced on it, I guess.

High five for us both having mentioned Jawbreaker tattoos in our posts!

I didn't know about the Alkaline Trio until about 2003 when Alternative Press (LOOK, I KNOW, I WAS 16 OKAY?!) did an article about the impending release of Good Mourning, which I bought and adored for a year straight. Later on I found out about From Here To Infirmary which remains my favorite album of theirs to this

Did anyone else mistake that dude for either Jeffery Dean Morgan or Javier Bardem, or am I just handsome-swarthy-guy faceblind?

I'm glad to see some Public Enemies love here. I saw that in theaters in the middle of a weird Christian Bale phase and remember really liking it, and I'm generally surprised to see how often it gets dumped on. Sure, the weird Ghost Hunters camera work gets a little jarring sometimes, but I enjoyed it! (FULL

CLASSIC GINN

The Postman Who Loved Me is great! You can really see its influence on The Postman Never Dies, which you know I love, and it's probably the best one of the 70's other than maybe The Postman Let Die.

A View to a Postman is one of the better 80's ones, I would say. For Your Postman Only is tolerable but kinda bland - still better than Postmanraker.

I think it's time we began the process of weeding out these awful Black Flag puns.

Silver Age was my intro to his solo stuff and I was thrilled. I also can't go more than 48 hours without listening to Sugar so I'm probably biased.
