It has a Genesis decal on the door, so it’s probably a loaner. He might have been trying to figure out one of the unfamiliar controls and not paying attention.

Frankly, I agree.

Cost. To me the most annoying “feature” of new cars is the cost of them. There are parts of the country where you can buy a house for less than the price of some new cars. 

They need to take a page out of the 911 playbook and make the V8 GT350 only. The normal Mustang and Mustang GT get whatever propulsion is compliant but the GT350 is like the 911 GT3 and it gets a NA V8 just like the GT3 gets a NA H6.

This x 10000.  And even if you try to signal them that the lights are off - they still never get it...

Never understood the hate for this one. I have both kinds of cars and would never choose the keyed ignition anymore.

Easy.  An instrument cluster that is backlit even when headlights are not on.  Because of that, I often see people driving down the freeway with no headlights or taillights on because they have no clue they are off.

As a Red Seal mechanic, I’ll say: Listen to Jalopnik here. The chances of you damaging you windshield wipers pointing up? Slim to none. The chances of you damaging them from having them frozen to the glass? Probable.

I did the same thing. I don’t need to read anything because the lead picture told me enough.

It’s an old Ford truck, all that work can be done for about 50 cents.
