I WANT to like this new series soooooo bad. I love Dax and Rob, and Boyd is a really good reviewer. I feel like they neutered Rob though...he’s hesitant and just sort of quiet. They need to let him loose.

MT OnDemand is honestly not a bad subscription. Tons of original content (Roadkill, Roadkill Garage, Hot Rod Garage, Dirt Every Day, plus way more I’m forgetting) plus a bunch of old shows (all TG UK, Wheeler Dealers (and their new episodes), Speed Racer, Chasing Classic Cars, plus a ton more), and a ton of racing

It’s the weird Freiburger humor, everything I’ve seen and heard says he’s a nice guy. Maybe not Finnegan level of cool and approachable, but who is?

Have you ever been to this site before? It’s full of MT tragics. I’m just waiting for my FIL to give up his death grip on his absolutely MINT 2001 Accord 5-speed.

Agreed about the app (and I don’t watch any MotorTrend content), but apparently you can now get it through a Prime account

Motortrend onDemand has all the seasons, and there’s also some great programming to boot, plus it’s dirt cheap.

Yeah, I’m more than a bit surprised that it lasted so short, but does sort of fit into their new theme of buying something that needs work, fixing it, and throwing it back into the wild. They are pretty fun, but I miss the epic long builds of 2SEXY and SuperGramps.

Roadkill, Dirt Every Day, Hot Rod Garage, Engine Masters, Roadkill Garage, and especially Faster with Finnegan which is honestly my current favorite online car show today.

Way way way more Accord than Odyssey

I want to go back to the time when conspiracy theories were just the fringe wackos and it was good for a laugh. That these completely bonkers theories have risen to actual mainstream is what is so distressing. People can do their own “research” to “debunk” actual, provable science is just...demoralizing. You can bring

Don’t get me wrong, love the Toureg V10, love C10's, and I especially love bonkers swaps. This though. I am not sure...I WANT to love it...the sketchy body stitching gave me pause...but it certainly wasn’t the first thing...That engine and the vehicle were far from the most reliable combos on the planet...and factor

Where all the cocks hang out

There HAS to be someone that knows physics better than I that can calculate the the impact energy. I know I hit a rabbit doing 65 in my old C30, and the fog light surround just disappeared (assuming flew offf), but nothing structural was damaged.

Are you not a fan of LS’ or just the frequency of the swap? I mean, it’s REALLY hard to argue that it’s not one of the greatest engines of all time... especially in the context of power capability in the size of package. I’m even a Ford guy, and you have to give credit where credit is due. There’s a reason the swaps

Must be hard to breathe all the way up there on your high horse.

Well we can go further because Crichton ruined it for all of us by misrepresenting the Raptor...what was described in the book and shown in the movies was actually the Deinonychus. Crichton felt the Raptor name was more “dramatic” and used it instead. Raptors were only 2 feet tall.

They are “too slow”
