Also the standard for 212(h) isnt ‘undue burden.’ It’s extreme hardship or exceptional and extremely unusal hardship. Either way it’s pretty to me you have no clue what you’re talking about.

The ‘fucking statute book’ aka the INA is a pretty big book. And nowhere in it is there anything titled ‘hardship waiver.’ 212(i) is a waiver for immigration fraud...completely inapplicable here. Try googling again. In order to get a 212(h) waiver he’d have to readjust. And since his crime is probably an aggravated

How exactly did you get the impression that I’m ‘gleeful’? I just think it’s funny hearing all these ‘expert’ opinions that they have nothing to worry about. They absolutely should be worried.

Also the woman is AT THE GYM.

No? Got nothing?

Well I am an expert. And it depends a lot on which circuit he’s in. And I haven't seen his criminal docs, but from what I've read in the media, it sounds like an aggravated felony to me.

Citation please. 212 what?

Yeah no. What the eff is even a ‘hardship waiver’? Fraud over $10k makes people ineligible for most relief. He's going to have base his chances on his fear of return.....to Italy.

Says the immigration law expert.....

I had this happen with a cleaning company. I left them a review that wasn’t great, but not the worst either. Then a guy from the company contacted me and told me that they have a ‘satisfaction guarantee’ and they’d either reclean my house or give me $50, but only if I took down my Yelp review.

When your comment is idiotic, I really don’t feel the need to be nice. And I have zero patience for people who make up medical information when they don’t know what they are talking about. Especially medical personnel. I clearly was responding to someone who made a comment that they should just test for HPV to see if

Theyve been able do strain specific testing for a while. My doctor did it when I had cancer back in 2009. Though she is a cervical cancer researcher from Johns Hopkins so she has everything. She actually told me not to get strain specific testing because she knew I had HPV 18 because of the type of cancer I had.

When it was just me and the hubby, it was a battle over the thermostat. But now that there's the dog, I'm out voted.

There is a thing called an HPV test. But as I stated above, it actually assesses cancer risk and isn't really a test to determine whether someone has HPV. So maybe you should do some research in case one of your patients has questions about it.

I always think that if you thought it would turn your kid slutty, why don't you give it to them and just tell them it's for measles or something.

Because a negative HPV test could just mean your infection levels aren’t high enough to cause cancer. It doesn’t tell you whether you’ve had HPV now or whether you had it before.

It's because Los Angeles. Lots of destinations are miles from the metro.

Are you really this dumb? I am not talking about false negatives. Just stop talking. You have no idea about this. You’ve cut and paste a bunch of information that is completely irrelevant. I know about ASCUS and ASC-H and LSIL and HSIL and ACG and CIN and LEEP and CKC.

Youre hilarious. I love when people correct me with 100% wrong information
