At the beginning, that touch stuck out for me as a nice character-development touch. I've heard that a way to reassure kids is to get down to eye-level when talking to them; it makes them more comfortable. So at the time, it reinforced what a nice fellow this Kenny was. And then…well…

Weird. I just finished Shut Up and Dance, and it kept me on the edge throughout. I think the final reveal (which was such a tiny detail that I didn't even realize there was anything to reveal) was handled as well as anything from the first two series.

I just finished that episode as well, and yeah. That's the good stuff I hope to get from this show.

Nosedive wasn't a "meh" episode for you? I barely skimmed the review/comments to that one (soooo many spoilers in the comments I needed to skip), but the discomfort that the near-future setting caused me didn't come close to the jarring, stomach-turning inevitability that the best episodes of Black Mirror are capable

I'm slower to drive through the newer episodes than some commenters are, having only watched the first two to this point. Maybe it's unfair to draw any conclusions about the direction Black Mirror's taking based on just two episodes, but I'm kind of disappointed overall. Starting the new season off with a comedic take

Yeah, I thought the episode established that pretty clearly.

Today, we are all big-pants people.

BWOING!

If you're committed enough, they all can.

So basically, like a T-Rex in a Trump mask.

I think you just let out a relieved breath, chalk this up to the circumstances (chemical and otherwise) and be glad nothing came of it. You're neither a creep nor a monster, but a person in a situation where due diligence wasn't something you were capable of performing as well as you could have. Same guy at another

Waaaait a minute, wait a minute….you married your daughter??

Agreed. That scene and the entirety of Donnie Darko makes me think that Richard Kelly still has something deep down inside that might surprise us.

Considering that a major editorial force behind this site is laser-focused on game shows, I'm surprised there hasn't been anything on the Newswire about the big moments from The Price is Right over the last couple of days. Yesterday's WOT linked me to one of the best 3 Strikes games ever played, and just hours ago

"Member Star Search" would be the Playboy Channel's attempt to get into the reality-competition show category, right?

As a fan of pop, but not the sort of pop that Timberlake traffics in, I still have nothing but respect for the man. In addition to possessing obvious bucketfuls of talent in everything he's tried, he has an undeniable love for all of the popular music forms, and he pushes himself to explore and incorporate many of

Let's not forget his star-making turn in Southland Tales.

Without the beard he looks so young, you'd be Robin the cradle.

Everything about the music this guy creates makes me ache, from the two albums he released with Fleet Foxes to the long years of no new music since.

I hope I'm not the only one that's curious about that parenthetical "mostly."
