In a sense, that pulse never ended. It carried over onto the beginning of Mount Eerie and then transformed into part of what that record has to say.

Johnson and Martsch's work as Halo Benders really deserves more recognition than it has gotten. The very first song on their debut, "Snowfall," provided me with a fine tuning of the sounds I was into at the time, but became something brand new which I hadn't realized I'd wanted all my life.

He's seemed to have an affinity for evil incarnate all along.

To be fair, cherry cola already is one of the most human of the soda varietals, right up there with lemon sour and sarsaparilla.

Oh, Starchy. Will you never learn?

The thing I hate most about RHCP is their shirtless posturing. It feels utterly insincere, if you can apply that word to a state of undress. Like…I get the sense they're looking at people when their shirts are off and thinking, "yes, this is what we look like topless. You're welcome."

(sown.)

Give me an example of something you would sniff at, please.

…you and your girlfriend!

I can see that, but to me it didn't really feel that different from conversations I've had with really long-term friends. Considering how long Bonnie and Marcy have been around, that's a possibility too.

Yeah, that's the sole mention of that bit of "history," which Olson later referred to in her tweet about "I'm not at all serious when I talk about the show."

High quality, high bond prostitutes.

What sickens me the most is that there are still some people who are grabbing onto the theory that Zamii/Paige faked her suicide attempt and hospitalization. That's in addition to the handful of folks who say vile things like "she

Seems an unnecessary burden to consider the larger context of a thread when all you're doing is making a self-deprecating joke in response to one half a line of type. I'm sorry you misinterpreted what I wrote, but I'm glad I got a chance to explain it to you.

Maybe you're misinterpreting the words "I knew that going in." I didn't write that as an agreement with anything Timothy said that related to you. I meant it as a joke about how what I type has no value.

There's no need to conflate a simple one-line joke comment with the signing of contracts. Contexts are different, as I'm sure you understand.

The context in which I meant that comment was clear to me when I typed it. I've said it a few times now. There was nothing else behind it, and I'm sorry you're still upset by the invented context you keep trying to assign to it.

I did, but it doesn't matter, because the comment was a simple joke against myself. You're attributing more meaning to it than it has.
