To be fair, the grounding Harmon brings is a perfect counterpoint to Roiland's inasanity, and without it we wouldn't have gotten the endings to "Rick Potion #9" or "Rixty Minutes," which managed to make something incredibly nuts actually poignant and deep.

Two Brothers:…it's just called Two Brothers.

There is no timeline where hearing/seeing/reading this clip doesn't result in me chuckling my fool head off. The Turbulent Juice ad is my kryptonite.

I thank you.

Sort of like how I say elevator and you say lift?

You're just bitter because over two seasons, you just got 12 episodes.

You…do realize that AV Club has been covering Steven Universe for some time now, right?

You're thinking of "What's Up?"

On another note, I *ahem* stumbled upon the first two episodes of Rick & Morty Season 2, which were leaked earlier today or yesterday. I wouldn't put either of them at the top of the Rick & Morty heap, but they're both smart and hilarious. No risk of a sophomore slump here.

"Alone Together," "On the Run," and "We Need to Talk" would also be acceptable entries for this article.

There was another Gladiatoresque show that came along a year or so after Gladiators premiered. As I recall, it dipped more into the scripted characterizations that pro wrestling was forging, which made for a really odd mashup of actual combat events and strained soap-opera backstage "conflict" between the show's

The phrase "yeah, nah" gets tossed around a lot these days….

ACCEPTABLEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

My affection for "Too Young" is colored by the first (and perhaps best) appearance of Lemongrab. And the phrase "so spice!" which I still use on the reg.

The pace of production for the current batch of CN shows is pretty spectacular, and has been since AT (and RS as well) ushered in this next gen of cartoons. In 2012 alone, Adventure Time aired all 26 episodes of Season 4, sandwiched between five episodes from Season 3 and five from Season 5.
