Did you know that Adam Driver played Kevin Arnold’s best friend, Paul, on The Wonder Years?

Is this Scrawler?

ETA: Never mind. My suspicions were confirmed when I checked out your comment history...

I learned that Rolling Stone hated Sabbath right from the get-go, and only relented in the early 90s once Kurt Cobain and about a thousand other bands/musicians cited their enormous influence on popular music.

Yes, but is he familiar with the works of Pablo Neruda?

This sounds like the opening sentences of a letter submitted to Penthouse Forum for Kids...

[while clutching his lapels] “Your honor, I may be just a naive, small-town, dewy-eyed, idealistic insurance defense attorney...”

Ah, the neck brace. That’s when this story goes from sad to hilarious...

He wasn’t a great catcher, but he actually over-performed for those two years he was in Toronto, putting up the 2nd and 3rd best WAR of his career...

Bam Bam!

I bet you were...

That’s the only appropriate response...

Yeah, but you gotta admit: meconium is a fabulous accessory...

We are doomed...

FYI

1. You just proved my point. The post I responded to said that “Schilling, by the numbers, was better than Halladay.” Your most recent post, by contrast, said that “Halladay and Schilling were nearly identical in the[ir] productivity as pitchers.” Had this been your original statement, I wouldn’t have even responded,

Killface’s running mate...

I don’t disagree with that. I just went with a few names off the top of my head...

I did. But in order to be given that designation, you’d have to have won the Cy Young award at least once. You know, the award that indicates that you’re one of the best pitchers of one specific season. He was definitely an excellent pitcher and if he wasn’t such a toxic asshole, I’d say put him in the Hall of Fame

Schilling wasn’t better than Halladay, numerically or otherwise...

One of the best pitchers of all time?
