I'm partial to Blueline's A9 series. They have decent paper, a hard cover that can fold right back, pockets, and these stickers that you make into tabs to divide up the book into sections if you want.

Sigh. I'm disappointed in this too. I don't have any suggestions for another, similar product. Hopefully some will come up in discussion, 'cause I'd like to know too.
