True.

Yeah, I know. IMdb is about as reliable as Wikipedia for the same reasons.

"That's the connection between the two films, and nothing more. Prometheus is a new film, a new world, and is full of new ideas."

Interesting. So Harmonix assisted with the creation of this game? Because that dancing part looks a helluva lot like Dance Central. I mean, in almost EVERY WAY just with a Star Wars skin on the top.

Good call! Also gets Mark Lenard the initial nomination for multiple roles in the Star Trek universe that kick ass.

I completely agree. "Laughing at [me] the boy wonder. All the while building on my work. On MY WORK!"

I really like "The Doomsday Machine" as well ... but for some reason, I can't get past the fact that a giant cornucopia is a galactic menace. It makes me snicker. I also think "City on the Edge" is a tad overrated. My personal favorite is "Conscience of the King". "The Ultimate Computer" is great too.

You're probably right ... but they don't appear to be going for comedy in the reboot and I LIKE that.

The problem I have with the shape-shifter Nina is this ... all the shape-shifter victims have died during the process. But Nina is still living? Does this mean the process isn't fatal, but that the Shapeshifters kill the original to hide their tracks? If so, why keep the original Nina alive at all?

Hmmm. Interesting. I think I'm with panther. I think Torv's nuanced performances of the different Olivias is pretty good.

He looked nervous in the beginning of the confrontation, then confused, then indignant. The scene worked for me. Oh, well. We'll have to see the context surrounding the situation probably.

Its called Social Anxiety? Inferiority Complex? If I had grown up as an average kid and got invited to dinner in Manhattan I would be nervous too.

I disagree. I love Bruce Campbell, but I don't think they're going for the off-beat comedy angle that was present in the Raimi movies. Its clear they're trying to have a more serious tone—not that there wont be comedy—but not in the over the top way that Raimi has in all his projects.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. Right now, there's no real tension for me as I know the core cast isn't in any (im)mortal danger. I'd like to worry about a character I like ...

I've tried watching an episode or two of this show. I like the premise but also think its waaaay overdramatic. Also ... do they intend to follow the same core group of players throughout the entire lifetime of the series? How long can they string this out? Show's like this BEG for changes in viewpoint. How about each

Ooooooh! Good catch.

I understand the part about being sick ... I didn't know specifically he had dysentery, but it doesn't change the fact that if Ford had a direct hand in cinematic greatness that different from the intended vision.

This raises another great point. It seems to me after seeing all the behind the scenes stuff about films like Star Wars and Indy, the BEST parts of the films can be attributed to INTERFERENCE by the actors or ACCIDENTS like "camera angles". This Indy scene turned out differently from the script. Harrison Ford

The only thing worse than this nonsense excuse for editing this scene is the fact that Han Solo became a progressively worse character by the end of the original trilogy: He went from quick-draw bad-ass cantina shooter in Star Wars IV to a dopey love-struck teenager by the end of The Return of the Jedi.

No way to know at this point. I think she played her role in Haywire exactly the way Soderbergh wanted. Also—many have lamented her "flat" line reading. Turns out Soderbergh WANTED it that way so much they manipulated all her lines in post-processing by overlaying all her takes and blending them to make her voice
