I don't imagine the latter Hulk film will reverberate in the same way as the other films simply because the continuity will be absent (new actor in the role). However, the later film was immensely more enjoyable than the Ang Lee version. And then there's Downey Jr's cameo at the end (so I guess there's some

Yeah, but this isn't some e-commerce site we're talking about. Its a diplomatic enterprise that should expect espionage of this kind and be proactive about it.

Its also possible to enforce minimum password strength and weed out stupid passwords. There is no excuse for this kind of lax security in 2011.

Bah! My apologies, I was in Snarky Gawker Reply mode. Wrong audience.

Republicans probably laugh at this finding; it involves science.

I wouldn't want to be associated with it either if I was Cronenberg. But ... its clearly a direct sequel, so there's no going around it. :)

Wait, what? He means they weren't up for his sequel to his sequel, right? There was already a sequel to Cronenberg's The Fly; it was called The Fly 2 and starred Eric Stoltz as his son.

I'm still holding out on my speculation that the Red Skull is somehow tied into the Avengers film. "But he's dead!" you say. And I say, "Is he?" There is actually no evidence that he died at the end of Captain America. He looked more like he was beamed away to one of the other nine realms to me. Perhaps the same

@Oldwookie, I think you're spot on. He reclaims his humanity at the end of the first film, but realizes he's lost everything else. The sequel actually starts off down that road, which I thought was brilliant and going to be interesting ... and then they threw that entire plot element away and went for the more typical

No Tim Burton era Batman costume? Fail.

I'm guessing that's a reference costume from Frank Miller's The Dark Knight graphic novel. Bats was like 50 or something.

Maria Hill, #2 in command of S.H.I.E.L.D. She's something of a bad-ass in the comics and is in this movie.

Is it just me, or did Fox pony up for some improved high-definition cameras? Maybe my local Comcast has upgraded their signal or something. But I swear the picture quality for this season has increased dramatically. I don't ever remember being able to see so much detail on the character's faces.

But when is he going to get serious and learn how to fly for fucks sake?

Tagalog is the indigenous language.

Pfft ... this is nothing. Do they have any idea how many times I have saved civilization (or the entire Universe for that matter) from my comfy computer chair and fancy keyboard? I mean, lately I have been staving off inter-dimensional invasions on the planet Telara almost single-handed. Folding is for noobs. :)

I dunno, Charlie Jane. Sam Rockwell brought the exact kind of energy to the Justin Hammer role it needed. He was the perfect antithesis of Jeff Bridges' seedy I-know-how-things-really-work portrayal of Stane from the original. There's nothing really in the dialogue that makes Hammer a passive aggressive nincompoop.

Barbara became Oracle after she got 'retired' from being Batgirl.

LOL! You win the Internet! Classic post.

There was a movie tie-in when RoboCop 3 (awful!) was released. It was called RoboCop 3D and was pretty impressive on my Amiga. It ran kinda choppy, but the design elements were well realized, especially the views; they gave you several options including my favorite—the interlaced vid-screen first-person view from the
