Last I checked, "Asteroids" will basically feature a story about brothers searching for one another among an asteroid belt. Sounds riveting.

Ah, yes. But production on "Asteroids" and "Missile Command" continue. Seriously.

I think its hilarious!

I agree. A cute thing I remember in Half Life 2 was if you shine your flashlight in Alyx's face she squints and raises her hand to shield her eyes. This isn't anything new.

I detect quite a bit of Olivia Munn as the inspiration for this poster.

The stories! Guest appearances! Alec Baldwin takes a turn as a Federation captain? How cool is that?

I came up with a pitch after Voyager left the airwaves ... before we got ... Enterprise.

I could be worse people. It could be the Nicholas Cage version of Superman's costume for his "Superman Lives!" reboot/catastrophe.

Can someone explain why the Man of Steel needs to have armor of any kind in his costume?

The other dude in the cape appears to be female. I'm guessing its Zod's partner in crime, whatshername.

Give me a break. People smoke for various reasons and there isn't a single GOTCHA! involved. Some of it is peer pressure (which opens up a whole new avenue like, low self esteem, etc.). Some of it is rebellion (those damn kids!) and I'm sure there is a "glamour" angle as well. But to pin this on movies is silly. There

Yeah, that was my reaction after reading that section. I'm gonna let it slide though.

They occur in Virginia the same way they occur in Illinois—"Shit happens!"

Wow! I love the practical effects in that video where Thor sends that car flying. I was not expecting that and it looked fairly realistic.

So this film with eschew the Superman logo on the cape as well, eh?

Again, io9 forces me to face my inner-most disappointments that I have dutifully relegated to the furthest reaches of my memory. I KNOW that I have seen Conan the Destroyer and Red Sonja — but fuck me if I could recall a single damn thing about either until I saw these clips and began shuddering and sobbing violently

Seeing Chris Evans goofing around by scooting back into the frame and waving at the camera during one of the shots is hilarious. Hope we get to see a ton of outtakes on the DVD. With this many people, there should probably be an entire disc devoted to this.

I've seen Wilde in two recent films (The Change-Up and Cowboys & Aliens [don't judge, I was bored as hell]) and in both she takes her clothes off. She's not willowy. :)

OH, SNAP! Where is Dolph Lundgrend's He-Man from that idiotic 80's film, Masters of the Universe.

Oh, I agree wholeheartedly about the English-no-speaky bit. The fact that he said little and when he did speak he was almost unintelligible WORKED awesomely.
