It feels like every episode comes with a checklist “oh we need to satisfy this list of demographics so everyone will like us”. It’s frustrating because all past trek was what it was, and people grew to like it. The new one seems like they simply try to appeal to everyone and it winds up appealing to nobody.

I hope they bring back better codec support. The lack of low latency on the 4's is pretty annoying. It seems like a small thing at first, but the latency can sometimes grow over time.

It seems that streaming providers have a weird view of users’ watchlists. Like, Netflix removing the ability to order your list manually - they really don’t want you to make a list of content, its like every single dang step needs to be some sort of expedition of discovery.
