For some games, anything that requires a non steam login is obnoxious. I don’t mind occasionally grabbing a keyboard and doing a secondary login, but it ruins the console-like experience when my wife just wants to swim around in subnautica or play geometry wars or something.

I don’t have a problem with the epic store existing, I just won’t bother using it. I’ve been a steam user since the first week of the steam beta - with ~1k games in my Steam account I would say I’m fairly rooted there. I’ve gotten rid of physical media of old games and repurchased them through steam because, for my

Yeah, wish list is awesome. My friends and I are always gifting each other games from one another’s wish lists. Also, randomly gifting people “genital jousting” is a thing :P

Am I the only one that doesn’t care about Epic games’ store? It might be nice if it forces Valve to be a little nicer to developers, but if a game comes out as an Epic exclusive I won’t bother. My wife and I heavily use a Steam Link at home, so Steam is always going to win for us. (yes I know you can add other games,

Tiger balm. Rub it on your scrotum and your muscle pain will be less noticeable.

I wish they’d do something like... 3/4 the size of the mustang, with the 2.3 ecoboost. Like, if Toyota and ford teamed up to do an ‘86 with the 2.3 ecoboost, I’d be completely happy. Call it... the Ford Maverick?

It honestly wasn’t the first time catching venom for stopping to help someone. At this point I’ll only stop if it’s someone who looks like they *really* need help, or if they look like like an enthusiast with an older car that can probably be fixed roadside. I’ll still stop if there’s imminent danger (middle of the

Orange County has permanently broken my perspective of what housing costs in most of the country :P

Not anymore. The last time I did it was a guy, roughly my age, who greeted me with “what the f took you so long” - I got back in my car and left. I used to stop and help people, and still might if they’re super old, but other than that I am tired of people treating me like a servant when I stop to do them a solid.

argh - I still have an asus vg248qe - I bought it because it was “gsync capable”, which turned out to mean “buy a gsync thingy and install it”- but there was no way to buy the “gysnc thingy”. I don’t really want to buy a different monitor because this one still works :sigh:

I forget that there are parts of the country where you can get a house for 1500 a month.

heh I was going to buy a Fiesta ST toy with cash, but I did 0% financing for a long term instead - it’s only going to add history and I can always pay it off whenever if I get tired of the loan.

thats probably the most polite picture response that could’ve been posted :P

If I said I wouldn’t drive that around in the snow I’d be lying.

A buddy of mine was recently let go from Tesla - he was a service center manager, and several other service center managers were also let go. Almost all of them were sitting on fat stacks of positive customer reviews going back quite a while. Several months ago customer satisfaction surveys for the delivery process

you only teach people a little bit, so if you get canned they make things a lot worse and you can charge a lot to consult ;)

In my area at least, the number of brand new lower-end mercedes and audis on the side of the road or on tow trucks is absolutely obscene. Dealer tags still on...
