omg it captures the essence of one of my favorite kit cars - all hail Sterling!!

well it’s safe as long as you live your life 10 seconds at a time

All of the “go” bits of the car were great. Everything else... not so much. I paid for mods with all the change that the stock seats emptied from people’s pockets :P

it was pretty fun! I always wished they’d throw that engine into something miata sized with rwd... there was a concept car called the Dodge Razor, I believe, which looked really neat.

Ok 4000 bucks is too much for a joke :|

Most of the owners there were hitting the claimed 230 or within 2-3hp of it. The SRT-4's were just beasty :)

:diver reaches for their carbon dive knife:

if you ever decide you want more carbon steel goodness, go on Amazon and pick up an Old Hickory. They’re dirt cheap, they’re great steel, and it’s awesome for learning shaping, grinding, and maintenance.

aha can’t wait for the first reply that someone did it on a carbon steel knife and now it’s *all* rust :P

I had one of these in highschool! We built a catless DP and new exhaust in auto shop, added washers to the waste gate, installed mudflaps and a belly pan/skid plate made from another car’s hood and used to bomb down dirt roads in it. Even used it as a winch to drag a friend’s truck out of the mud once - chained the
