I eat low carb, because diabetes, but Paleo is somewhat similar as far as food choices. I am 5 years in, and 60 pounds lighter, but honestly, I could inhale a party-size bag of M&M’s most days. Ok, this might explain diabetes, but I am proud of myself for resisting. Sugar is truly an addiction for me.

We lost him to old age about a month ago. He was part of our family for 17 years. We had fish for dinner tonight and cried because he wasn’t there to pester us into giving him some. ❤️
