Cruise control is really nice on the 3 hour drive to the track.

Touch devices do allow for eye free control. 1-5 fingers doing 1-4 taps, swipes in 4 directions, pinch/pull, etc allows for dozens of different controls. I don't think this would be a gigantic display so much as a gigantic touch surface. It seems like a great way to control to ever more complicated vehicle systems.

Is there something closer to death than hanging up your driving gloves when you've got an RS 61 in the garage? I THINK NOT.

In my personal experience, I'm definitely the junk food pusher in the family. I'll tell you why:

Ok, that settles it. From now on I'm not going to watch the commercials on 30 Rock. Not that I was anyway, but this way I won't feel guilty about it.

RIP

Why would you want one unless it's to drive at 9/10ths? :)

Yep, looks like an M-Class.

Done perfectly, it causes no damage beyond tire wear.

The middle of the road is often the safest place to ride. Effective Cycling ftw.

Yeah, there really aren't so many 458's out there that finding his identity is going to be a chore. This is why the wise hoon uses a bland car.

I'm probably one of the few people who cross shopped this car with a 4-cyl MT 7th gen Accord. I got the Accord because it handled better and didn't appear to have been assembled by 6th graders using materials they'd snatched from their grandparents' living rooms and younger siblings' preschool classrooms and dyed

I love BMWs, but the Z8 had a terrible reputation as a driver's car and I can get a stack of E39 M5's for that price. This is not a car I feel the need to drive.

Not for me, but in terms of dollars per weird look from passers by? Unbeatably nice price.

The B5 Passat was so nicely put together that it ate into A4/A6 sales pretty significantly. IMO it was a better car in a lot of ways. So good they had to cheapen up the next generation in order to protect the big siblings.

The only reason I traveled down thread was to make sure I wasn't going what someone else inevitably said.

Awesome enough that I could find it on the first try with a google image search 20 years later. :)

Clean, but neither original nor sporting the obvious engine choice for this car (S50). Crack pipe. I'd rather drive a $4000 E34 wagon with a 5-speed conversion and M30 or M60, thanks.

Not a specific car but definitely a great poster.

Is it racist? A white guy that grew up in Japan would probably talk like that, too.
