Yeah that request came from the back office side that are only working remotely due to the virus. Almost all the tech staff works remotely and I can’t remember the last time I saw any of them use the video on conferences.

Flattening the curve is about lower the amount of active cases at anyone time, so your hospital system isn’t overwhelmed (like Italy, Spain, and NYC’s were) causing people die due to lack of available medical care. But you are still hoping to get enough cases that you potentially have…

Unless they are planning to stay locked away from the outside world until a vaccine can be developed or they are planning to lock the country down routinely until said vaccine is developed, I’m not sure that what they did prevented anything.

If we are doing this for worker health reasons it should apply to every company unless they can meet strict social distancing requirements while working.

Due to lack of clarity in the media, it’s sadly hard to say who to side with here or what is true.

Then you need a letter from your employer or school to purchase them, to prove that they are being used for essential reasons if we are doing to risk workers lives to ship them.

The company will be banned from delivering nonessential products for the time being.

You do realize you can’t lie about the origin of photos that you find on the net? Putting those images in Tineye I see that they are from the 2017 Unite the Right rally, which wasn’t a pro-gun rally but specifically was far-right White Nationalist rally.

I put that quote in because there are quite a few people here that have the incorrect belief that hate speech isn’t protected speech under the first amendment. And that at dedicated pro-gun rallies racists aren’t tolerated, I’ve seen people getting kicked out of groups for holding racist views.

I’ve shot a lot of rounds through a number of full auto guns. And I’ve tried my hand at a bump stock a few times. They are no where near the same thing.
