Tokyo Drift and the first movie are the only good ones. 2 Fast 2 Furious is alright too. After that, it became about "family", and somehow that sentimental crap worked. Suddenly, they could throw anything at the wall and use their Family Inc. thumbtacks to make sure it all sticks.

I remember the chase scene being thrilling. I saw it maybe five or six years ago. Really an amazing film

I know right? Where's Baby Driver?!

Whoa I could not watch Blades of Glory, but I‘ll give it a chance based on your recommendation. Anyway, I thought he was just about perfect in Elf.

I know, I saw in multiple YouTube comment sections that people love this movie. And their, like, favorite quotes are things that don't even sound like jokes to me. They come across as an attempt to instill Raymond Chandler-esque wit to the thing

You’re right. For anyone with patience for a mild rant, I was actually thinking about this long after my first comment: the movie gets less enjoyable and entertaining for me as it proceeds.

Honestly that wasn't bad. Great editing. The under the crane shot and the sequence where the car rolls down the hill look great.

Will Ferrell gets less funny with each successive movie, but Talladega Nights is alright. An underrated one with decent action scenes is The Other Guys

Car movies have some of the worst car sequences because it's so forced. Thrillers' car sequences are are awesome because they help move the plot forward and usually the director knows how to tell a story.

I think Baby Driver is kind of terrible. The leads were not particularly exciting actors, and the script was trying too hard. The car scenes were fine, but they contributed to the overly fussed over and gussed up feeling I had about Baby Driver.

I watched it at age 30 a few years ago Loved it. It's funny and cool and what's her name was good looking back then for sure

Havent you noticed how stupid people act about him and his products? Everyone starts strutting around because they own a plain-looking, white car that kinda drives itself until it doesn’t. All he’s accomplished is he's conned people into buying permission to be douchebags to one another. That is, until the next

I didn’t watch the race, but I’m glad Max won since Lewis’ winning everything because of Mercedes tech is so boring. They can go back to winning next year, as they likely poured in more money into developing for the new rules than anyone else. And Lewis will use this to feed his massive narcissism, and he’ll come

Its their way of forcing out the old staff and hiring newbies at reduced salaries

I mean, the other sites besides Jalopnik were like substandard Deadspin imo. Everyone who works for the evil overlords of GawkAtAdvertisementsInc should just show up at Detector’s doorstep and demand integration

I'd love to get it in stick with a practical trim in order to complement my sport MT hatchback

Did you edit your comment? I thought I was replying to someone who was exaggerating how they have less freedom than we do or whatever, so therefore our traffic laws should be dumber.

I mean, it would make you drive safer around cyclists--which is exactly the point. Also just buy a dash cam. Besides, laws are never THAT cut and dry, so please don't get outraged over an oversimplification

I think I speak for all Texans when I say the right to run over a pedestrian or cyclist is sacred

What a thoughtless take on “The Fly”.
