I’m gonna lay this out there... Todd Gurley sucks. He would’ve ran for 60 yards on 25 carries. I watched every Rams game, even saw them in training camp.. he is good at what he does but is not elusive and doesn’t break tackles well.

Yes. The older guy is okay but doesn't exactly get open. The younger guy may have a good future but is inconsistent with drops and mistakes. He, especially, would just get owned by the Pats D. 

Yet he had two touchdowns dropped by the little guy. Sure, he's little and the defenders did well on the plays but, c'mon. 

The Pelicans FO failed to build a team around Anthony Davis. They wasted time, they became incrementally more mediocre every season, and AD is giving them the opportunity to recoup some assets so they remain about as good, and occupy the 10th seed until the melting of icebergs forces New Orleans to evacuate to Kansas…

Why was McVay overwhelmingly good? He knows the game inside out, from every position. And he can explain concepts to players so that they understand, rather than simply doing as theyre told.

So why not trade all the picks, all the guys, and just find one year contacts, take on salary and build some vet-laden roster to try and grind out a WCF appearance? I tried to study football for a couple weeks. During that time I played Madden ‘05 and read blogs instructing me how to identify basic defensive concepts such as Cover 1, Cover 2, differences between 3-4 and 4-3, and what is accomplished when Linemen and ‘Backers align over certain gaps.

Probably this: the Rockets play out of their mind because they’re depleted by injuries. It catches up with them the last few minutes, precisely the time when you need to be focused and mindful.  

Us Jalopinators don’t actually wanna buy these cars....new. But we’d like enough made so that we can buy em in 6 years for a bargain. Is that too much to ask?
