This is actually, low-key, the problem with this series the whole time. They will suck for interminable stretches and some unimaginative viewers don’t mind because violence, nudity, and dragons are interspersed, and then the writers ‘correct’ it all with an amazing conversation, execution, battle scene, reveal, etc.…
