This is also dependent upon your insurance provider. Some of them, like State Farm for example. Have different internal tiers. And if you are on the upper tier and not involved in any accidents, they won’t check your infraction history and raise rates.

To be fair that is the wall up poughkeepsie gulch out of Ouray, Colorado.

This is what you need. Its an IR line level control. Most programmable remotes can easily talk to it including my roku and apple tv.

One great thing about 4WD especially in the Baja races is you can easily get out of silt if you get stuck.

How can those front CV axles take that much abuse?

Nice, I made it out last year with my Long Travel 2010TT. But I’m not able to go this year.

I see you went to the summit in Ouray, CO as well.

Here in the states, most people who have snorkels use them to reduce the dust that comes into the air filter and engine, sometimes using a ram scoop or bowl prefilter. Because most people don’t seal their engines well enough and reroute the breathers higher off of the ground.

The biggest thing that still gives it away is the location of the Light pods. As you instantly know they are a cop and not an off roader. If they shifted them more to the inside, I wouldn’t think anything of it.

I honestly wish they would’ve done a glowing grille like the BMW i8.

Though they say they have improved travel on the suspension, I am still very skeptical of how much travel it actually has. As stock it should have about 8" to 8.5", and with the lift maybe 9" if you’re lucky. Where Ford increased the front travel in the 2017 raptor to 12" on the front. To match that on a tacoma you

I had never heard of those Scramjet rounds. But here it is. The AEDC Scramjet

I was there this past summer in this thing. I still can’t believe that there is a place in the continental US that reminds me of the swiss alps so much.

Other trails out of Ouray, like poughkeepsie gulch (if you skip the wall etc) aren’t that bad but there are some places where you have to do 3 point turns even in short wheel base vehicles. But I would say 75% are fine in a raptor, but it’s not going to be enjoyable.

And Black Bear pass is hard enough with the FJs 105inch wheelbase. I was there this past summer in my 2010TT. Though there is a group of raptor owners that goes on those same trails, having an extra foot will only make it that much more difficult.

Using mesquite wood for smoking makes it too bitter. Use a better hardwood like oak, cherry or apple.

It seems interesting that they would go with an independent rear suspension on that truck. At 0:56 on the first video you can see that clearly. It looks like its a dynatrac Pro 44 or 60 IRS. Which isn't a cheap kit at all but wouldn't that limit the stability of the rear because of possible cv axle failure?

Didn't they figure out where the F117A was because of the disruption of cell phone towers? It would almost seem like the stealth was too good and was scattering too many forms of EM radiation allowing them to see the disruptions and have a general area where to look for it. Whats interesting now is that there is

That mockup seems the closest so far, because if you look closely in the images there is a bent front wing.
