And it’s fine to take issue with those companies. That doesn’t mean they have to be ‘burnt to the ground’ or that these companies are ‘poison’. Just don’t buy from those companies and support those companies that you like.

Of course there are differences. The fact of the matter is that the developers who stayed on at EA and whatnot are spouting the same excuses as the asshats who pushed people into a gas chamber. They wanted stable positions and didn’t want to challenge their leaders on terrible ideas/decisions.

You are completely misunderstanding the problem here. I take issue with how these corporate entities are implementing lootboxes and microtransactions into their games and profiting handsomely while bitching about how “expensive” it is to make games.

I would like you to try that empathy-for-people-who-work-for-a-malicious-organization argument with Holocaust survivors who have contempt for their German neighbors.

I don’t care what DICE or anyone under EA’s umbrella has to say.

I am watching Rep. Chris Lee of Hawaii’s video on tearing down the ESA’s lootbox bullshit at a public hearing.

If you use your microphone pretty often, you can set the PS4 to recognize voice commands to start up your game by just saying “PlayStation <the game’s name>” or holding the L2 button on the Home screen and saying the game’s name.

I second Katawa Shoujo and HuniePop.

This reminds me of CirclMastr’s FF7 run where he hit level 99 before the first boss.

When the Horizon: Zero Dawn event gave my the chance to deck out my palico companion as a metalic watcher robot, I passed.

I thought that we had moved well away from the absurd BS that was Resident Evil’s typewriter ribbon saves?
