Stellaris did something similar to this by having rogue AI create their own civilization. There are events in the game that allow the player to live in peaceful co-existence with the AI but if the player opts to trash diplomacy, that AI will become permanently hostile towards the player.

Kadokawa was basically trying to completely cut off Tatsuki and his team from the next production of Kemono Friends and using the OVA episode as an excuse that the studio infringed on their copyright despite proof being publicly available on Twitter that Tatsuki and his team had permission to make the OVA episode.

I think you can play Skyrim on the Vita via Remote Play. Skyrim on the PS4 should have this support built into it already.
